A Message from Leadership

Over the past years, the leadership of this group has built something truly special: a supportive space dedicated to empowering individuals with the tools, insights, and opportunities needed to secure dream scholarships. From reviewing application documents and personal statements to sharing scholarship updates and advice, everything we have done has been offered completely for FREE, driven by a genuine passion to see our community members succeed regardless of background.

Our Expectation of Engagement

It has become clear that not everyone fully appreciates or engages with the value we provide. Free resources are sometimes taken for granted, leading to a lack of reciprocity or commitment. We have decided it is time to change our approach to ensure this community remains a group for the truly dedicated, prioritizing those who are genuinely committed to their personal growth and willing to put in the effort needed to succeed in the scholarship space.

Membership & Admission Guidelines

To create an environment where seriousness, strong personal motivation, and drive remain at the forefront, we are implementing the following stricter admission processes and engagement rules:

1

Quarterly Admissions

Instead of rolling admissions into the group, we will admit new members on a quarterly basis (or aligned with major scholarship application windows). This allows us to carefully review applications and ensure we onboard individuals who perfectly align with our community's ethos.

2

CV and Profile Scrutiny

No more automatic acceptances. If an applicant's CV, background, or stated goals do not meet our basic requirements, the application will be rejected outright. We look for evidence of proactive engagement, prior efforts in applying for opportunities, and a track record of academic ambition. Repeatedly sending substandard applications will result in rejection without further consideration.

3

Focus on Serious-Minded Individuals

We will continue our core activities—offering free reviews of CVs, SOPs, and other documents, posting scholarship opportunities, and hosting webinars. However, these will be reserved for those who show they are here to stay and actively contribute.

Accountability & Sustainability

This policy is not about gatekeeping; it is about creating sustainable impact. In return for the countless free hours poured into this initiative by leadership and pioneers, we must see tangible results from the resources we share—such as members securing scholarships, landing interviews, or actively applying and sharing their progress.

  • Progress Check-Ins: We will be monitoring engagement closely and may introduce light accountability measures, ensuring everyone is benefiting and giving back by sharing success stories or tips.
  • General Cleaning: Periodic evaluations will occur. We will commend those putting in the work, while actively removing members who have not progressed or contributed to their applications since admission.

No one has won till all have won.
